Now i am not stupid, I know that goods don't last forever but surely they should last longer than a few wears?I saw on this also that someone else had advised that they ordered goods and after a short amount of wearing the goods they became faulty and not suitable for use, and i was fed the same line as they were, where i was advised that as no one else had the same issue i had with the boots, this was not a manufacturing fault therefore i would not be entitled to a full refund only a partial 30% refund which is 12.89, which is nowhere near the amount i paid for the goods. This is absolutely disgusting, i can see from the negative reviews that they make a habbit of demonising their consumers and assuming they are to blame for the faults with the goods when clearly they are making goods that are not fit for purpose.I would also like to say that terms and conditions which say you will not refund goods that have been worn is ridiculous, i can understand if it was underwear, but these are boots, and how are you supposed to know the goods are not a good fit if you dont wear them?
